In 2019, Pear started the first of our comprehensive sustainability assessments to identify our greenhouse gas emissions and material usage.
As a result of this assessment, we created our first five-year sustainability strategy (2020 to 2025) and identified four priority areas that would undergo transformation in the first phase.
Reducing our emissions and offsetting when reducing is not possible, working with our supply chain to secure a more sustainable future across the business, utilising more sustainable materials throughout our production process, and meticulously driving forward an advanced sustainable corporate culture that informs and inspires our staff and clients alike.
